When a piece goes missing
Every box we list is sold and shipped by the partner store, so that is where returns and replacements are handled. Here is the quickest route for each situation.
- The box is crushed or torn
- Take a photo of the outer box and the item, then choose return or replacement in the order at the partner store.
- Something is missing out of the box
- Check under the insert and inside the rule sheet first; small tokens like to hide there. If it is still missing, report it through the order.
- We bought the wrong age or the wrong edition
- For example, Qwirkle Cubes instead of the tile version. Start a return from the order; the window and conditions are shown there.
- It was a gift and it is a duplicate
- Gift returns also go through the partner store, using the order details or a gift receipt.
- A piece was lost after months of play
- This is no longer a return. The manufacturer's customer service sometimes helps with replacement parts for popular games.
Before you send anything back
- Put every piece back in the box, including the rule sheet and insert.
- Keep the original packaging if you can; it makes the return smoother.
- Note the order number from your partner store account.
We hold no stock and take no payments, so we cannot refund an order ourselves, but if you are stuck, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
